Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience welding is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, if necessary.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to heavy metals and airborne particles.
- Work in a hot, noisy, and dusty environment.
- Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage $22-$24/hr starting rate with potential for a raise after 90 days.
