Required:
- Four or more years of program management experience, preferably in a nonprofit agency.
- Ability to direct programs through
- supervision of volunteers and staff
- development and monitoring of budgets
- marketing and public relations
- program development
- fundraising
- Ability to utilize the Microsoft suite of applications to manage and direct the day-to-day operations for Seniors within the community.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, recreation, business or equivalent, preferred.
- Knowledge of, and previous experience with, senior populations
