Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a General Laborer, where you'll be a key player in the preparation and finishing of concrete products. This role requires hands-on tasks and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Remove concrete products from steel molds.
Clean and prepare steel molds for concrete filling.
Cut, handle, and install steel reinforcement as specified.
Pour concrete into forms and trowel to the specified finish.
Maintain a clean workspace to ensure safety and organization.
Essential Skills
Experience with power and hand tools.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Strong mechanical skills.

Work Environment
Work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. This fully on-site position is in a construction environment, so comfort with dirty and dusty conditions is necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
