About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by working closely with customers, business partners, and drivers. You will help ensure all service commitments are met while handling logistics-related documentation and inquiries, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
This role requires reliable transportation, prior customer service experience, and the ability to work onsite during a later afternoon/evening shift.
You'll be part of a passionate, fast-paced team focused on innovation, collaboration, and exceeding customer expectations.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve operational or service issues
Monitor delivery route progress and updates
Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
Process delivery order changes or cancellations
Review, verify, and work with Bills of Lading (BOLs) as part of daily operations
What You'll Need to Excel
At a minimum, you'll need:
Previous customer service experience
Prior knowledge and experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Reliable transportation to report onsite as scheduled
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
It'd be great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
