Description
Client is seeking 1-2 experienced Senior BIM Modelers to support a large, fast-paced data center project in Michigan. This role will focus on Navisworks-driven coordination and BIM model updates to support design changes and as-built documentation for underground and aboveground utility systems. This position can be fully remote and requires a professional who can contribute immediately without training. Key Responsibilities - Use Navisworks and BIM authoring tools to support live coordination and design changes. - Update BIM models to reflect as-built conditions using survey data, redlines, and field markups. - Modify and maintain models for underground and aboveground utilities including water, sewer, storm, electrical, and communications. - Perform clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks. - Produce updated 2D drawings and plan sets derived from BIM models. - Coordinate directly with engineers, survey teams, designers, and construction personnel. - Maintain model accuracy, version control, and documentation standards. - Independently manage modeling tasks in a schedule-driven data center environment.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) - 5+ years of hands-on BIM modeling experience on large infrastructure or mission-critical projects. - Advanced proficiency with Navisworks (Manage preferred). - Strong experience modeling utilities, civil, or infrastructure systems. - Proven ability to produce and update as-built models from survey data and field markups. - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. - Ability to hit the ground running with no training. Preferred Qualifications - Experience on data center, industrial, or mission-critical facility projects. - Civil, utility, or MEP BIM background. - Construction-phase BIM / VDC experience. - Experience working in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
