Job Summary: We are a growing medical device company in Wixom looking for a motivated and highly reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as our Medical Device Implementation Manager.
You will lead the new client setup, physician and staff training, and ongoing management of our non-invasive medical device. Full device training and protocols will be provided — no prior device experience required. This is a great opportunity for an LPN seeking a clinical-based role interacting with medical practices, accompanied by unlimited growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement medical device in medical practices
- Train physicians and staff on proper use and workflows
- Manage client performance
- Perform and oversee client reporting
- Support general customer service
Requirements:
- Active Michigan LPN license
- 1+ years of clinical experience (clinic, outpatient, or patient education ideal)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly reliable, detailed-oriented, positive energy, and pleasant personality
- Passion for patient care and process improvement
