Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction labor using hand and power tools (provided)
- Assist with framing, siding, windows/doors, and finish carpentry
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Basic construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of wood frame construction preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
