• Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and other foundational tasks using specialized equipment such as horizontal drilling rigs and heavy equipment..
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Support construction crews by handling materials, setting up work zones, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations across the site.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to timelines.
