Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a foreign equivalent.
Qualified applicants must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Category Purchasing Specialist, or a substantially similar position, in supply chain management and materials procurement within the automotive industry.
Qualified applicants must have 5 years of experience in the following: 1) Executing technical and commercial negotiations; 2) Purchasing passives components (resistors or capacitators); 3) Supplier relationship management, including experience managing a portfolio of passives suppliers; 4) Technical knowledge of resistors and capacitator products; 5) Utilizing MS office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint, along with SAP, including SAP R/3; 6.) Utilizing SupplyOn; and 7.) Contract management and supplier relationship management.
