Job duties: Responsible to oversee all cybersecurity activities across the lifecycle of product development/and production projects for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving solutions; Support cybersecurity planning, analysis, and implementation; Act as point-of-contact to customers/suppliers regarding cybersecurity matters; Perform impact analysis and derivation of cybersecurity concepts for RFIs/RFQs; Identify and tailor cybersecurity activities, including outcomes/deliveries, according to cybersecurity process and plan; Ensure cybersecurity analyses are performed according to plan; Derive cybersecurity system requirements at the concept and system-level, ensuring consistency with outputs of the cybersecurity analyses; Escalate project-based security issues or anomalies; Support project members to enable them to independently conduct cybersecurity activities; Participate in meetings on cybersecurity incidents; Support the implementation, evaluation of internal units’ own cybersecurity-enabled manufacturing lines; Ensure execution of cybersecurity testing of products for assigned projects; Work with Project Manager to ensure the needed Cybersecurity skills are available within the project team; Perform cybersecurity-related reviews and approvals; and Communicate/Coordinate cybersecurity activities and deliveries with the project team, customer, and supplier. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field plus 6 years of experience in cyber security engineering for the automotive industry and demonstrated experience with: Project Management; Data Protection policies; Functional Safety policies; Export restrictions for encryption software; Information Security policies; United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) R155; Requirements management; Budget/Resource allocation and management; IBM DOORS for Requirements Engineering; ANSYS Medini Analyze; Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA); ISO21434; and Automotive SPICE. In lieu of the above requirements, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Computing and Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field plus 4 years of experience in cyber security engineering for the automotive industry, plus demonstrated experience with: Project Management; Data Protection policies; Functional Safety policies; Export restrictions for encryption software; Information Security policies; United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) R155; Requirements management; Budget/Resource allocation and management; IBM DOORS for Requirements Engineering; ANSYS Medini Analyze; Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA); ISO21434; and Automotive SPICE.
