Job Title: Mobile Automotive Technician
We are looking for a skilled, independent Mobile Automotive Technician to join our growing fleet. Forget being stuck in a dark bay all day—in this role, you will travel to our customers to provide top-tier vehicle maintenance and repair services on-site.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys the freedom of the road and prides themselves on delivering a "concierge" repair experience.
Key Responsibilities

On-Site Service: Perform oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements, and minor engine work at customers' homes or places of business.

Advanced Diagnostics: Use portable diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot "Check Engine" lights, electrical issues, and drivability concerns in the field.

Safety Inspections: Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and provide customers with clear, digital reports on their vehicle’s health.

Mobile Shop Management: Maintain the cleanliness, inventory, and tool organization of your assigned service vehicle.

Customer Relations: Act as the face of the company, explaining repairs and recommendations directly to the client with transparency and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical Expertise: 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Proficiency in brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance is a must.

Tools: Must possess your own basic set of automotive tools (specialty equipment and service vehicle provided).

Certifications: ASE Certifications (A1-A8) are highly preferred.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Independence: Ability to work efficiently without direct shop supervision and solve problems on the fly.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets or smartphones for dispatching and digital repair orders.
Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, and reaching) throughout the day.
