Manistee National Golf & Resort is currently taking applications for Full and Part-time Night Auditor. The Hotel Night Auditor will be the front desk staff during the third shift hours. They will need to also be computer literate and be able to complete a nightly checklist, find posting errors and correct prior to end of day rollover, light bartending until bar closes, maintain safety of sleeping guests and property overnight. The Night Auditor will also need to know and understand all front desk staff responsibilities such as checking in/out guests, answering telephone calls, and transferring appropriately, respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills. Staff must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays.
