What You'll Do
As a Activities Assistant you'll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will:
Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each resident's strengths, interests, and goals
Observe and document resident participation, mood, and engagement to help track progress
Encourage socialization, physical activity, personal interests, and lifelong learning
Help create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected
