Wage: $33.66/ hour, $70,012.80/ salary

Primary Function:
Responsible for assisting the Site Security Manager in the management and direction of security and fire prevention personnel and activities designed to protect and preserve corporate assets and personnel in a manner consistent with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) policies, standards and procedures as well as mandated federal, state and municipal regulations.
Major Duties of Position:
Assist the Site Security Manager in the management of Security activities of a plant by directing the activities of Supervisors who in turn direct work activities of Security Officers, Fire Marshals and Team Leaders to insure protection of corporate assets and the effective and efficient support of plant operations.
Assist the Site Security Manager in the implementation, and maintenance of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Security operational strategies to meet corporate and plant operations.
Assist the Site Security Manager in the analyses and evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of existing physical security and fire protection systems for the plant through adequate audit and review activities.
Supervise the implementation and maintenance of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Security systems designed to protect the assets of the facility. Responsible for the operation and proper functioning of the site access control system and plant fire system.
Implement, evaluate and maintain operational procedures for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Security to ensure compliance with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) objectives and maintain federal, state, and municipal requirements.
Assist the Site Security Manager with the investigation of incidents occurring within the plant. Consults and coordinates with appropriate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Security officials on resources needed, status and disposition of these investigations. Also, maintains contacts with law enforcement officials to aid in investigations.
