Program, integrate, and optimize industrial robotic systems (including FANUC and CRX collaborative robots) for paint/coating, sealer/dispensing, materials handling, and assembly applications using online (teach pendant) and offline/simulation tools (e.g., FANUC Roboguide); develop and refine robot paths, trajectories, and toolpaths to meet cycle time, repeatability, and quality targets; lead process development and commissioning activities for new automation cells through customer acceptance; perform simulation-based validation prior to deployment and troubleshoot issues in controls, sensors, motion calibration, and hardware configuration; collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers on cell layouts, process flow, and automation concepts; support test plans (cycle time studies, repeatability checks, quality verifications) and prepare documentation (process flows, manuals, training materials, reports); participate in installations and production launches on-site as needed locally (no travel requirement); and contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing process data and recommending software, hardware, or control strategy updates.
