Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related engineering field, or foreign equivalent. HP Pelzer will accept a single degree, or any combination of degrees, diplomas, professional credentials, and/or professional experience determined to be equivalent to a bachelor's degree by a qualified evaluation service.
Qualified applicants must have at least one (1) year of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or a substantially similar position performing the following: completing preventive maintenance planning and corrective maintenance execution; designing and implementing electrical circuits in production lines; assisting with tracking recurring equipment malfunction, corrective action taken, and quality problems or supplies needed; ensuring adherence to plant safety requirements as established by company policy; ensuring adherence to all Environmental Health and Safety Regulations; making necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality; and utilizing the following tools and technologies: RSLogix 500 and Automation Studio for hydraulic and electrical diagrams.
