The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping their experience.
This position combines:
- front desk operations
• client interaction
• light clinical support
• communication and coordination
• maintaining a clean and elevated environment
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Welcome and check in clients
• Process check-out and payments
• Perform InBody scans (training provided)
• Take occasional before/after photos
• Assist with email and phone communication
Environment & Clinic Care
- Maintain a clean, organized, calm front desk
- Light housekeeping between professional cleanings
• Ensure the clinic consistently reflects a high-end, wellness-focused environment

Compensation
- $20–$24/hour depending on experience
• performance-based incentives
