Job Details

Reporting to the Service Manager, install, engineer & maintain egg handling and processing equipment, including automation and robotic equipment for egg inoculation, and vaccine and enzyme harvesting.  Duties:

• Install, provide technical service and support, and perform technical adjustment, maintenance and repair of employer’s line of egg processing and robotic automation equipment.
• Conduct customer location visits to evaluate machine production and optimization by testing, reviewing and analyzing production.
• Meet with customer senior staff and management to gather feedback on production needs.
• Develop plans for product adjustments, enhancements, upgrades or repairs.
• Prepare and issue engineering or product change notices and orders for parts replacement and engineering design changes.
• Develop production engineering updates, adhering to internal drawing standards and production schedules.
• Candidate may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Travel Requirement:  90% domestic travel to customer locations in the United States to complete installation and maintenance of equipment; 5% international travel to attend meetings at manufacturing facilities in Denmark and The Netherlands.
