We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on 2nd shift
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Monitor production output and quality standards
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Address production issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Reliable and team-oriented
Schedule:
2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours)
3:00pm-1:00am Monday – Thursday
