We’re looking for a Worship Coordinator who can lead with heart, gather and grow a team of artists and musicians, and help craft weekend gatherings that are Jesus-centered, Spirit-led, and deeply engaging. Hours: part-time, non-exempt; average of 16 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Leading
- Coordinate, schedule and lead the volunteer teams for the Weekend Gathering worship teams
- Assist in the scheduling for weekend gathering and coordinate necessary logistics (eg. Planning Center Online)
- Assume the role of the weekend worship leader (leading the band and vocal teams for the Weekend Gathering)
- Coordinate music for special productions and staff meetings as needed, including arranging and recording
- Provide creative input for weekend services, and work closely with the Lead Pastor in establishing an engaging and relevant church culture
Developing Worship Team Members
- Encourage and Coach creativity and artistic Christ centered expression in the development of artists, and musicians
- Implement a system and structure where band participants are encouraged to develop their gifts and use them in various places throughout the ministry (i.e. Weekend Gathering)
- Audition, schedule and develop all volunteer musicians
- Is passionate about using the creativity and talents of instrumentalists and other artistic art forms for members to participate and engage in glorifying God
A/V Coordination
- Assist volunteers in stage setup/teardown needs for the Weekend Gathering Services

Experience:
Preferred two years experience in church ministry
Preferred two years of proven ability to develop, lead, and motivate volunteer teams
Member or willing to become a member of a Fearless Church within 6 months of employment
