Job Summary:
The Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for assisting clients with selecting appropriate insurance coverage for personal and business needs. This role involves providing accurate quotes, issuing and servicing policies, and building strong client relationships through effective communication and networking. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable in insurance products, and skilled in both sales and service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clients with customized insurance quotes and professional guidance on coverage options for personal and commercial needs

Issue new insurance policies and service existing accounts, including updates, renewals, and policy changes

Utilize multiple insurance quoting platforms to compare products and deliver competitive solutions

Develop and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to quotes, policy servicing, and customer inquiries

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to meet client needs and business goals

Qualifications:
