Position Overview
As a Yard and Warehouse Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right materials—safely, efficiently, and with a smile. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Unload, receive, label, and stage materials with accuracy and care.
- Load Building: Assemble and verify outgoing loads to ensure they are safe, secure, and correct.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with material pick-ups and provide knowledgeable, friendly service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, customers, and team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environment.

- Prioritize safety in every task—always.
- Use critical thinking to build loads efficiently for end users.
- Adapt to changing schedules and operational needs with flexibility.
- Communicate clearly and listen actively.
- Perform physically demanding work, including:
- Lifting and loading materials up to 100 lbs.
- Working outdoors year-round.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Chauffeur’s license or CDL preferred (not required)
