Our client, a trusted financial services provider, is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join their team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the Member Services department supporting the credit union. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Full Time Member Service Representative
Location: Marquette, MI and Ishpeming, MI-Once training is complete, the associate will work 3 days a week in Marquette and 2 days a week in Ishpeming
Pay Range: $17.50 per Hour
Shift: Primarily working the later shift until 6pm during the week and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
What's the Job?
Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.
Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.
Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Willingness to work at multiple locations and Saturdays as needed
