As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through a seamless and rewarding vehicle-buying experience while building long-term relationships.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Toyota for their lifestyle
Deliver a best-in-class buying experience that turns customers into loyal advocates
Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance options, and dealership services
Follow up consistently with prospective and previous customers
Track customer activity using dealership management systems
Stay up to date on new Toyota products, features, and technology
Participate in ongoing sales and product training
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience is a plus-but not required
Experience in commission-based, retail, or customer-facing sales welcomed
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Excellent organization, time management, and computer skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
