As a Associate Creative Designer you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Produce print-ready collateral and prepare files to meet vendor specifications
Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including flyers, brochures and campaign assets
Design branded assets across digital and print channels & portals while maintaining visual consistency
Develop graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and internal platforms
Produce digital assets including email headers, templates and campaign materials
Design promotional items such as t-shirts and promotional merchandise
Create large-format signage, including billboards and window adhesives
Develop self-service templates for events and campaigns
Develop proactive "off-the-shelf" content libraries to support recruiting, brand awareness and campaigns
Translate complex ideas and care experiences into clear, visually meaningful and consumable messaging
Produce short-form video graphics and/or edits for Meta ads and other digital campaigns
Support Talent Acquisition channels, including volunteer recruitment sites and third-party platforms
Support internal department branding needs for events, campaigns and initiatives
Be available for emergent customer needs to support our goal of being a solutions-focused partner
Assist with photo and video shoots, including on-location support as needed
Perform post-production tasks including organizing media, trimming video and editing images (retouching, background removal, color adjustments)
Design event materials such as name tents, certificates, signage and flyers
Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations for leadership or events
Maintain and improve the organization of the central design asset library
Maintain and build icon, template and brand element libraries
Proficient in PC environment. MAC not supported.
What is Required?
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience outside of academic work
Required Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Express), SharePoint, PowerPoint.
Working Familiarity with: Premiere Pro, Canva
Periodic travel required (approximately quarterly) for team meetings, photo/video shoots and events
