Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective scheduling, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and process expense reports with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Develop and compile detailed presentation decks for meetings and events.
Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring clear communication.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed to support executive priorities.
Ensure timely follow-ups and track action items from meetings.
Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.
Proven experience in preparing expense reports and managing budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
