Your role and responsibilities
As a Product Sales SME for Identity and Access Management within IBM's Automation Platform, you will utilize your deep knowledge and experience with IBM's Identity and Access Management products to drive business growth. Your expertise will cover a range of products, including Expert Essentials IAM, MaaS360 Mobile Security and Management, Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, and Verify Privilege. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Develop Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IBM's Identity and Access Management products, including their features, functionalities, and applications, to provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Deliver Solution Guidance: Provide solution-focused guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in Identity and Access Management products to address their specific needs and pain points.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions.
Drive Business Growth: Utilize your product expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding IBM's presence in the Identity and Access Management market.
Required technical and professional expertise
Identity and Access Management Products Knowledge: Experience with IBM's Identity and Access Management products, including Expert Essentials IAM, MaaS360 Mobile Security and Management, Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, and Verify Privilege, with the ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of their features, functionalities, and applications.
Technical Product Expertise: Experience in analyzing client needs and providing expert guidance on Identity and Access Management products, with the ability to deliver solution-focused guidance to address specific pain points.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions.
Business Growth Strategies: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding presence in the Identity and Access Management market.
Product Applications and Features: Experience with the applications and features of Identity and Access Management products, with the ability to provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
