As a Lending Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering our mission: to be our members' most trusted financial partner. You'll assist members and coworkers with loan questions, help keep loan files accurate and accessible, make adjustments when needed, and ensure our lending processes stay compliant and efficient. Every day brings something a little different-from answering phone inquiries to reviewing loan documents, organizing files, or helping improve our lending products and processes. You'll become a trusted guide for both coworkers and members, all while building your expertise in mortgage and consumer lending.
