Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly line and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI
Pay Range: $19/Hr
Shift: 1st (6:00am - 4:00pm) Monday - Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.
What's the Job?
Operate machinery efficiently and safely to support production goals
Assemble parts according to specifications and standards
Verify the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process
Adhere to all plant safety guidelines and standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of previous production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
