Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
Perform general production and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, impact tools, and grinders.
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products with accuracy.
Inspect parts for quality, fit, and finish; report any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Support material flow and production needs as directed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, general production, or packaging.
Ability to use various hand and power tools.
Ability to read basic work instructions, follow processes, and meet production standards.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
