Responsibilities for a Service Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Customer Interface & Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the ABB US Robotics Service Team. Take full ownership of customer requests via phone and email, ensuring responsiveness and continuous follow-up to maintain a professional front-end image.
Strategic Dispatching: Determine customer needs and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSE) with the appropriate skill sets. Use judgment to select the most cost-effective personnel while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Operational Support: Work closely with FSEs and Specialists to track man-hour utilization and collaborate with Service Management to schedule essential technical training.
Revenue Impact: Directly influence corporate revenue by efficiently managing service requests and ensuring the field organization has the logistical support needed for high-impact performance.
Candidates for Customer Service Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration for this role.
Soft Skills: Proven ability in customer service, responsiveness, and communication . You must be able to use initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be a local candidate able to work on-site in Auburn Hills, MI.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage high-volume email correspondence and utilize scheduling software/tools to track labor hours and engineer availability.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
