An established aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Press Operator to play an integral role at its Warren-area facility. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with a strong focus on safety and quality. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude, be dependable, and willing to work hard while following established safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities:
Set up dies on hydraulic presses and perform first-piece inspections
Operate multiple machines including presses, shears, rollers, and planishing equipment
Use grinding tools to bench, polish, and dress welds
Safely operate overhead cranes to lift and flip dies
Safely operate a forklift to retrieve and store dies
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions closely
Qualifications:
Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
Self-motivated with a safety-first mindset
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
