VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring an Admininistrative Assistant to provide support in Birmingham, MI on a part time contract basis for 3-6 months.
POSITION TYPE: Part time position (10 AM to 2 PM, hours are flexible)
PAY: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on skills
Requirements of Administrative Support
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Accounts payable experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage high-volume mail intake, sorting, and distribution
- Light phone work
- Scan and organize documents for accurate recordkeeping
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Provide accounts payable support, including invoice processing
- Prepare and process bank deposits
- Retrieve and pull invoices from online systems
- Assemble and prepare outgoing packages
- Manage and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner
- Support general administrative functions as needed
