As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral, emotional, and educational support. You'll help implement ABA strategies, collaborate with school staff, and provide meaningful one - on - one or small - group support to help students reach their goals.
?? Minimum Requirements
To be considered, candidates must have:
Active RBT that shows you are State Certified by the Behavioral Analyst Board ??
At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
Ability to implement ABA-based strategies.
Ability to follow professional standards and protocols
Must be 18+ years old
CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
