This position is located in Plant 10, Whitehall Casting, and will support the manufacture of Single Crystal and Directionally Solidified product through process control and improvement initiatives specific to the casting process.

Basic Qualifications
BS in Engineering from an accredited institution
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
BS in Materials Science, Metallurgical, Electrical, Mechanical, Ceramic, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
Experience in Investment Casting
Knowledge of vacuum systems, PLC
Knowledge of MS Office, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organization skills
Working knowledge of statistical analysis and SPC
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Howmet Process Management a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
