CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Conditions of employment with Little River Casino Resort include passing a pre-employment drug test excluding marijuana, passing Resorts background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position and successfully completing a 90-day introductory period.
Individual must not have been charged or released from employment or involved in anything which could be considered a liability to the Resort, e.g. harassment, theft, violence, or integrity issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests to the Spa and Salon.
- Address customer concerns, issues, and feedback.
- Maintain bull knowledge of the Spa/Salon menu and wxpertly perform all related services.
- Stay informed about all products and services and effectively sell or upsell them.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by adhering to best prctices.
- Stay updated on current casino promeotions and events.
- Monitior industry trends and competitors to maintain market leadership and eceptional service.
- Be familiar with all Spa/Salon offerings
- Always ensure client and quest privacy and confiedentiality
- Follow all safety protocols outlined by Little River Casino Resort and the Hotel Department.
