When you join Oracle Health Consulting as a Lead Organizational Change Consultant professional, you become a part of a fast-growing team supporting our federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort. In this role you will be accountable for delivery execution of the Change Management strategy to multiple sites where you will be uniquely responsible for delivering excellence in scope, on time, and in budget. Not only will you be creating and executing adoption tactics to customer stakeholders, in this role you will identify and mitigate risks, create issue and resistance resolution plans. Responsibilities:
Manage large or complex change management engagements and outcomes.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives.
Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Determine success metrics, monitor change progress, and provide updates on change readiness.
Contribute industry expertise and leadership to influence organizational change management methodology across Oracle.
Act as an escalation pathway to Change Leads and address risks accordingly
Understand and connect complex business functions, standard operating procedures and data to identify and mitigate adoption risks.
Codify value of change management solutions by measuring results and their impact on individuals,
teams or businesses.
Complete multiple contractual written deliverables on a monthly cadence.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute client vision, strategy and objectives.
Mentor and guide junior and senior change managers at all project levels
Have financial responsibility to deliver change management project on time, on budget and in scope.
Be knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field experience
At least 10 years total related work experience, including: change management and/or project management experience, preferably health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing Change Management strategies with a customer base
Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance once hired
Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
Able to travel to customer sites, if required
Able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
Certification: Prosci Change Management
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
A strong health care acumen

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
