About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present products or services to prospective clients and explain value propositions
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support sales initiatives
- Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- [1–3+] years of sales experience preferred (industry-specific experience a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable for outside sales)
