The Life Sciences Instructor is responsible for teaching life sciences courses at Bay de Noc Community College primarily at the Escanaba campus. The position primarily involves teaching human biology, anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and pathophysiology for students in nursing, life sciences, and related pre-health fields. This position may also instruct general education biology and chemistry courses for non-STEM majors. Opportunities to teach additional courses may occur. In addition, the faculty member has various responsibilities related to professional development, curriculum development, student advising and success, as well as activities that support the College and math/science division operational success. This is a full-time, tenure track position.
