We are seeking an experienced Tool Maker & Die Repair Technician to join our automotive manufacturing team. Candidates would be responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing production dies and tooling to ensure efficient operations and high quality output.
Responsibilities include:
*Build, repair and maintain stampings dies and fixtures.
*Diagnose and correct die/tooling issues to minimize downtime.
*Operate manual and CNC machines, grinders, mills, lathes and EDM equipment.
*Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
*Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records.
*Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve tooling issues.
*Comply with all safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
