Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
Build and nurture longterm client partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and position tailored L&D solutions.
Create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to decisionmakers.
Collaborate closely with subjectmatter experts to design highimpact learning solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle with discipline and ownership-from first conversation to signed deal.
