Manager, Products & Technology – DevSecOps Engineering, PwC US Consulting LLP, Detroit, MI. Design, build, and implement DevOps patterns that adhere to clients security guidelines and policies. Support clients with the right technology to solve their problems, accelerate process change so they can get the most out of their investment, and drive business results and innovation. Advise clients on proactive optimization of redundancies, monitoring and alerting practices, and identifying patterns. Managing the application ecosystem by improving platform infrastructure and applications with high reliability, resiliency, performance and quality. Supervise and coach professional teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $151,000 - $175,000/yr
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science,Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Working with development and architecture teams to design and implement DevOps strategy for new services in-line with the current processes;
- Designing solutions with appropriate data architecture, data modeling and data management considerations across relational, columnar and NoSQL;
- Coordinating with customer, product team disciplines (such as, UX/UI, DevOps, and QA) and other product-related teams to build, test, and deploy software products;
- Maintaining and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform; and
- Identifying and enhancing standard CI/CD pipeline patterns that include a common set of DevOps and SecOps tools.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
