This role is a customer-focused technical professional serving as a primary point of contact for power monitoring and energy management systems. Provides end-to-end support across upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization, partnering closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure reliable, high-performing electrical monitoring solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Act as the primary technical contact for customers supporting power monitoring, EPMS, and energy management platforms * Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and enhancements in production environments * Troubleshoot software, communication, and integration issues across applications, networks, and devices * Conduct preventive maintenance, system health checks, firmware updates, and performance optimization * Support commissioning, validation, and configuration of meters and monitoring systems * Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and recommend technical improvements * Document system changes, issues, and resolutions for customers and internal teams * Provide remote support and participate in occasional onsite maintenance activities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
