ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
•Shift: 8-hour workday, 40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
7:00 am to 6:00 pm. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
•Tools and Equipment: Provided: Provided at no cost to workers.
Compensation:
•Wage: $19.33/Hour
•Overtime Wage: $29.00/ Hour (1.5 times the regular rate)
•Frequency of Pay: Weekly
Pay Computation: Single workweek used for wage computation.
Pay Deductions: Optional employer provided housing available at $100 per week/$200 per pay
period.
Merit-Based Raises: Available at employer's discretion.

Travel and Legal Provisions:
This job order is being placed in connection with a future filing for H-2B labor certification.
•Transportation and Subsistence:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the
worker for reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, if
necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon
completing the contract or if dismissed early, the employer will pay for return
transportation and subsistence to the worker’s home or the place the worker originally
departed to work, unless the worker voluntarily abandons employment or obtains
subsequent employment with another employer. Reimbursement will be equivalent to the
most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
•Meals During Travel:
Workers will be reimbursed for meals at a minimum rate of $16.28/day, up to $68.00/day
with receipts.
•Visa and Related Fees:
The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,
border crossing, and other related fees incurred by the worker, as mandated by the
government. Passport fees are excluded.
•Three-Fourths Guarantee:
The employer guarantees to offer work for at least three-fourths of the workdays in each
12-week period of the total employment contract.

Workers must be eligible to work in the United States and available for the entire
employment period.
