Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: 909 N Sheldon Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170
Duties: Ensure smooth running of production equipment, monitoring and keep good communication with production team, troubleshoot and repair the unplanned downtime of the machine/robot, maintain normal operation of the whole factory time rate more than 98%. Implement preventive maintenance plan of equipment. Such as lubricating, parts replacement, check the sensor electric connection, cylinder, bearing, conveyer, motor, air/vacuum line and welsh. Fittler conditions. Control spare parts purchase and maintenance cost. Recycling some overdue machine and save unnecessary costs. New program debugging and technical improvement.
Requirements: Associates’ degree in Mechatronics or a closely related field or foreign equivalent, three years’ industry equipment maintenance experience and must have experience with robots, PLC or CNC products
