We are seeking an inspired crew leader who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a motivated team leader, you’ll contribute and manage high-quality painting projects while helping us maintain and grow our reputation for excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings.
Hours: M-F with an occasional Saturday
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00/Hourly (Based on experience)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-10 years of experience in the paining industry required.
- Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of completed projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams, including carpenters and other tradespeople.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
