Salary:
- Base: $45,000+ annually
- Additional: Uncapped weekly commission + quarterly/annual bonuses
- Training Pay (13 weeks): $16.50/hr + overtime
About the Opportunity
TEKsystems is a global leader in IT talent and business solutions. As a Technical Staffing Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent while building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and place IT professionals across various industries
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Build relationships with candidates and provide career coaching
- Source candidates using advanced tools, platforms, and AI technologies
- Leverage market data to advise clients on talent availability and rates
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
- Collaborate with account managers to fulfill client hiring needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Training & Development
- 13-week hands-on recruiter training program
- Mentorship from onboarding coaches and senior leaders
- Continuous recruiter development and specialization programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (military, associate + experience, or 4+ years professional experience)
- Strong interest in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn
