About the Opportunity
Smurfit Westrock is a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic selling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce)
- Develop account strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and volume targets
- Negotiate contracts and manage long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams
- Analyze pricing, margins, and profitability
- Deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Utilize reporting tools (Power BI, QlikView) to track performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 4–5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
