What You'll Do
Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Review and screen a high volume of applicants daily
Schedule interviews quickly and efficiently to keep our pipeline moving
Communicate with candidates-confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and rejections
Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
Partner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals
Track recruiting activity and help drive key hiring metrics
Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment steps
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
Strong communication skills, clear, professional, and responsive
Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus)
Team player with a competitive edge and strong work ethic

Work Environment
This is an on-site role in our Troy, MI office. Standard business hours apply, with flexibility needed during peak hiring periods. Expect a high-energy environment with a lot of moving pieces and constant communication.
