Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Operate all parts of the automated conveyor line and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps for our valued customers. Follow work instructions diligently and contribute to maintaining high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
Learn how to gauge products as required.
Move material and parts within the cell work area and replenish stock.
Maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation as required.
Understand quality alerts and report issues to the team lead.
Repair defective/rejected production parts daily.
Analyze defects and help with corrective action programs.
Essential Skills
Must have a manufacturing experience
Two years of experience in a production worker, operator, or assembler position.
Good tenure at each previous position.
Assembly experience in manufacturing.
Ability to lift 40 lbs to stack pumps for shipping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Gauge experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
